This Cookie Policy explains how ConvoPal AI LLC (“ConvoPal AI,” “ConvoPal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when individuals visit or interact with:

• Pages, forms, calendars, checkout pages, chat widgets, demonstrations, or customer portals operated by or for ConvoPal AI;

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, AI Disclosure Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable customer agreement.

This Policy applies to ConvoPal AI’s own Online Services. It does not replace the privacy or cookie policy of a ConvoPal AI customer using our technology for its own callers, website visitors, leads, or customers.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

We and our service providers may also use technologies that function similarly to cookies, including:

• Base44, which is used to build, host, or operate portions of the ConvoPal AI website and related functionality;
• HighLevel and LeadConnector, which provide white-labeled customer-management, communications, website, form, calendar, chatbot, automation, attribution, and related platform functionality;
• Hosting, content-delivery, and cybersecurity providers;
• Telecommunications, email, and messaging providers;
• Payment processors;
• Analytics and website-performance providers;
• Artificial-intelligence providers;
• Video, scheduling, chat, and embedded-content providers; and
• Advertising and social-media providers, when those features are enabled.

These providers may place or access cookies as necessary to provide their services. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.

ConvoPal AI does not own or independently control all underlying platforms, browsers, telecommunications networks, or third-party technologies used to provide the Online Services.

A. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Online Services to operate securely and correctly.

• Determine whether a visitor arrived from an advertisement;

ConvoPal AI customers may use our white-labeled Services to operate their own:

• Calendars;
• Chatbots;
• Customer portals;
• Marketing campaigns;
• Telephone attribution tools; and
• Automated workflows.

Those customers generally determine why and how information about their own visitors, leads, callers, or customers is collected.

Each customer is responsible for:

• Maintaining its own accurate Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy;
• Identifying the technologies used on its website;
• Obtaining legally required consent;
• Providing legally required opt-out mechanisms;
• Correctly configuring cookie and tracking tools;
• Honoring privacy preferences and browser signals where required; and
• Complying with applicable privacy, communications, and advertising laws.

This ConvoPal AI Cookie Policy does not automatically apply to or satisfy the obligations of a customer’s separately operated website or business.

11. Third-Party Privacy Practices

Third-party providers may process cookie information under their own privacy policies and contractual terms.

ConvoPal AI is not responsible for a third party’s independent privacy practices where that third party determines its own purposes and methods of processing.

However, where a provider processes information solely on our behalf, we may use contractual and other measures appropriate to the service and information involved.

The availability of a third-party integration does not mean that ConvoPal AI endorses every use of that integration or guarantees that every configuration complies with applicable law.

12. Cookie Duration

Cookie retention periods vary according to the cookie’s purpose and provider.

Cookies may last:

• Only for the current browser session;
• For several minutes or hours;
• For several days or months;
• For up to one year or longer; or
• Until manually deleted.

We seek to retain cookie information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal, security, contractual, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.

If this Policy conflicts with a signed Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, or other written agreement, the applicable signed agreement will control regarding the conflicting subject.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
